The complex is developed in an area of 1.2 hectares and includes 290 residential units, for which 5 types of housing are proposed (1 to 3 bedrooms) aimed at families with different incomes. The design is determined by the semi-buried parking lots that allow the public space to be freed from car traffic, thus creating a large green area within the complex.
